Following our previous communications in 2016 and 2021 regarding our long-term product strategy, we would like to inform you today of the final step concerning the Rheon KN400-type encrusting machine.The supply of spare parts for this model is now being discontinued as planned at April 2027. As the majority of the components are no longer being manufactured, only limited remaining stock and standard wear parts are currently available. Please be aware that significant restrictions and long lead times are already being experienced. Consequently, with the discontinuation of spare parts, all technical services for the KN400 model will also be fully terminated.
To avoid production downtime and ensure the long-term operational reliability of your facility, our sales team would be pleased to discuss the option of transitioning to a new Rheon encrusting machine.We are happy to provide comprehensive information on our current models and the latest technological applications.
